iCough as an iPhone app for an iDiagnosis?

I have met several internists and pulmonologists over the years who claim they can tell whether someone as a cold, the flu, pneumonia or bronchitis based on the nature of the cough, other symptoms and hearing the cough itself.  Negates the need for chest x-ray, cultures or serologic tests.
